The room requires significant maintenance. The shower glass door does not close, the toilet seat is broken and unfixed. The leak under the kitchen sink was present, and the apartment door was wobbly. Cockroaches were found in my apartment, necessitating fumigation of the entire space. There were lipstick stains on cups and bedsheets, and I had to request my bedsheet be changed.
