المكان نضيف وراقي موقعه كويس في وسط الخبر لكن بعيد جدا عن مطار الدمام. كمان لا يوجد شاشه تلفاز .لا يوجد أي سجاجيد علي الارض السيراميك والجو فعلا برد .دفعت مبلغ كبير عشان البسين وبما ان الجو برد فلم يتم استخدامه حتي صيانته مهمله لظروف بروده الجو

انها في مجمع لاتصلح للايجار اليومي متعبه جدا وبعيده جدا عن الخدمات والدخول والخروج صعب ومتعب للغايه
