Was clean, central location

The property was advertised as having a tv. There was a tv but no remote control. Therefore, couldn't use tv. Reason: When we notified the host on the first day, we were told that housekeeping would provide one the next day yet this did not happen. The evening of the 2nd day we told the host , no remote. On the 3rd day we were told to download an app tocontrol the tv! This did not work as it required the tv remote control to conclude! By the 4th day the host requested the details of the tv( they could have visited themselves but did not) we left on the 5th day and still no remote/tv. If we wanted an apartment without a tv we would have looked for one. We paid for a flat with a tv for a reason! Also, when we arrived there were no instructions for how to gain access to the wi fi. We managed to work this out for ourselves by guessing that the wifi password and name would be at the back of the router. guests should be left the password details in the room somewhere, along with some kind of welcome book. Remember, guests have come for a few days or so to feel.relaxed and get away from.stress for a bit. Not to do the hosts work.for them and get stressed. These kind of small but negative details do leave a poor impression on a short stay and the location and apartment. Overall, really poor service. Finally, the host doesn't need to request payment for city tax as soon we have landed as an ultimatum: pay or else you dont get the location to.get your keys!. If this is protocol then fine, but inform guests On the web page when they are viewing the apartment details, that this will be the case, thus: ' we expect payment of city tax upon arrival at your chosen city airport destination details of key code and location of apartment will be then issued...' or something like that. It's more polite. This info can be located on the apartment page that lists other facilities that will.

toilet was dirty, bath area was completely clogged. wet towels were left all around the toilet to soaked up the water. aircon was broken , entire family ended up sleeping in the living room instead.

This apartment was great. Spacious, clean and well decorated.

Unfortunately we didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment we paid for. A sofabed was set up in the lounge area. There seemed to be an additional bedroom that was locked. Not ideal. Although staff were helpful, the check in process was not smooth with no key/access onsite.

The apartment was great, modern, very clean with all the amenities required. The location was excellent with close proximity to the train and bus station, the Ballaro Market and the City center!! Special thanks to Ruslan, our host, who took the extra mile to cater for all our needs!!! We would definitely recommend it for a family of four.

Beautiful apartment. Nice big rooms. Very comfortable bed and couch. Great location next to central train station.

Not enough amenities provided for length of stay. No early check in/check out options No options to store luggage The pictures on booking.com did not match the apartment we received. Some features, like the rooftop terrace we were expecting, were not in the building we were in.

El aire Acondicionado nunca funciono correctamente, nos dijeron que iba a ir un Técnico que nunca apareció, si no preguntábamos , nadie nos avisaba , agua caliente tuvimos un solo día . Sugerimos cambiar de propiedad pero tampoco pudieron hacerlo . No volvería ni lo recomiendo

Beautifully remodeled palazzo. Host was amazing, very communicative, and did everything in his power to make us comfortable.

It was very hot in Palermo and the A/C couldn’t handle the high ceilings. We don’t even like it very cold, but thermostat never went below 27c (80.6f)

A truly big apartments, good for a family with kids (up to 6 people easley)

The floor was dirty, so impressive to walk in socks. Despite we were strictly told to separate the trash - it wasn’t enough of trash boxes for this (so we need to find something for this by our self). Also we were given only one tablet for dish and washing machine, together with 2 coffee machine tablets (we paid for 5 nights by the way). The location is pretty close to the city, however if you have a car it might be a problem to park it - since just behind the build there was always scam person who watched over the street and was claiming extra money (even if parking is free)

Nice and close to the train and bus station with a lovely big kitchen. Also nice and close to the waterfront areas of Palermo. Excellent communication with hosts . Very clean.
