"give me a refund"

They turned me away and said they were overbooked. Never got to stay there. I have messaged them for a refund through your site and they haven't responded.

"I was just in need for a last minute budget stay for the night."

The location wasn’t filled with hospitality, it was very poorly kept up with, and it only seemed as only one lock worked, plus the door was very run down; the room needs to be updated with new things. They wanted a money deposit instead of using a card; and the imagery looked very bad. Some of the documents said there was no leaving and going and other things like that: unlike the other hospitality places. Blanket had a whole in it; and it was very dusty;
