The property was very on theme, with big rooms and a smart tv. Rooms also had a vending machine, which was nice

Starting off, the check in process was very confusing. There is no clear direction, both from the online booking and once you actually get to the hotel. The lobby is very crowded and a maze, and there isn’t anyone there to actually guide you once you get there. The room itself wasn’t bad, however the shower room had a horrible smell, especially if you attempt to use the tub. You also don’t get a key to the room itself, so if you’re planning on going anywhere after you get to the hotel you won’t be able to lock the door when you leave. So far this has been the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan.

フロントにスタッフがおらず電話も繋がらず10分ほど放置されました。ルームオーダー用のタブレットも前宿泊者の注文履歴が残っていて無料の物の注文もできずフロントに電話を掛けなきゃいけなくて面倒でした。朝食も時間予約したにも関わらずメモを忘れていたとのことでこちらから電話してやっと届きました。 浴室も下水臭く不快でした。とにかくよくこれで奉仕料として10%も請求できるなと思うようなホテルでした。二度と利用しないと思います。
