Luxury New House with free Parking

The outside of the property has a beautiful garden/park in front of it for kids to play and take some fresh air

Everything was bad from the start, the driver took us to the wrong house and we have to ask for directions before we got the right house and the key box was stuck and took sometime for it to get unstuck and I had to call the landlord and he kept saying different pins and decided for a video call and I called but no answer but after sometime, the key box got unstuck and we checked it and on entering the property you could see everywhere dirty, spiderwebs/Cobwebs everywhere, somethings in the property are shaking, the house is very old and needs URGENT RENOVATIONS plus after 2 or 3 days of staying there out of the 7 days booked, Electricity went out, which means No hot water, No toastie, No sitting room TV for my kids to keep them calm, No WiFi etc (Even though I didn’t connect to the WiFi because I have my phone WiFi) but everything went out, called landlord and He tried to fix it over the phone by giving me instructions on what to go do but it didn’t work, So he decided to come himself to sort it out, which was finally done. When the property said No Noise from 7pm upwards or 9pm upwards, I thought this was a quiet neighbourhood until around 2am, kids were jumping down from the house on my right and few days later, after 3am ish couples were fighting outside the property ( So literally this is a noisy neighbourhood). Let’s not also forget about how I had to be watching my kids 24/7 because there was no high chairs to strap them in, there was no baby cots in the room(talking about paying £20 a night for 1 baby cots) and on the last day of check out, I did a thorough cleaning of the whole house and there was NOTHING needed to be cleaned (Which means I did the cleaners job), I swept( No vacuum cleaner, So I had to use the brush to sweep everywhere in the property), I did wash dishes, clean cooker, microwave, fridge, dinning table etc and I brought out the trash/rubbish and refill a new black bin etc.

Everything perfect .

Good location. Nice sized rooms with everything we needed. Parking available at the property was a must as we had a disabled family member with us.

Unclear where to park. Neighbour told us where to park. Bathroom upstairs need a bit of tlc. Sofa bed near kitchen wasn't comfy to sit on. The other sofa was fine. No curtains just blinds which need some tlc and let the street lighting in. We prefer bedrooms to be dark.

The beds were good.

This property is old and dilapidated. The owners have tried to pretty it up but it’s very basic. The place is great if you just want to get your head down for the night but that’s it.

It was spacious and had all the essential utilities needed

The location was a bit off and the owner said two bathrooms but there was only one bathroom and another toilet downstairs

The house is big and all facilities are good. On the first day, the heater didn't work. The host answered our request immediately but it still didn't work after the host told us what todo. The host then came in the next morning and sorted it out. Wifi is excellent as other guests reported.

Though the location is quite near city center, only by 12-15 min by walk, unfortunately walking to the city center is sth not very nice as the surrounding area was the old industrial factories, not many people around and quite dirty. We avoided walking at night. If you has a car, everything would be perfect.
