Two Bedroom guest house in Gilbert

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the weekend. Having two bedrooms was great and honestly worked out much better for us than staying in a hotel. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus and came in handy during our stay. Everything was well taken care of, and it was clear the hosts put effort into keeping the place welcoming and comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

The location was great. We were there for my niece's wedding and the venue was 10 min away. Quick drive to food and shopping. The house was in excellent condition. Quite and private for being on the same property and next to the main house. Host was very accommodating and quick to answer emails.

Modern and clean (overall, minus bugs) with all dishes and extra amenities needed.

Small cockroaches..need pest control. Horrible NEST thermostat that was set to 58 degrees in the middle of the night! Our toddler was freezing!!! Unacceptable. Master bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Great location, access, and home to stay in.

The hosts sent us our access code well before arrival. We were able to use the code the entire time and it made the stay great. There are plenty of items in the kitchen that make using the kitchen handy. We hauled our Air Fryer so we could grill inside. Having the washer and dryer on site was nice as we were there for two weeks.

They do a decent job of cleaning but I've stayed where its better. They also need a side table and table lamp in the second bedroom. They could also put a lamp on the side table in the living room so you don't have to have the overhead can lights on when in the living room. We bought one to use but took it with us. Also, the shower head needs soaked in CLR. It drips constantly on the valve, which splatters and causes water to "get around" the shower curtain. So unless you are careful you have to mop up the floor by the shower after every use. I did a lot of "cleaning" of non-standard stuff. (washed out the trash cans-filled the counter soap dispenser-cleaned the filters and dust collector on the vacuum so it actually worked-there were coffee grounds and a filter still in the coffee maker from the last guests so we cleaned the coffee maker before using.)
