Booked the room at 6PM for that day. Got into the apartment at 6:30, very quick info and directions from the host. Very nice supermarket at the bottom floor at the building. Amazing greenery view from the balcony, also very very quiet and close to everything location. 5 minutes walking away from old town and 10 from the beach. Super spacious rooms.

Cleanliness could’ve been better. Pillows were too thin for my taste. Didn’t have any problems with unlocking the doors through my phone but might be a problem for some. Apartment stair and door could’ve been better signaled, struggled a bit to find it.

The online key-link was extremely convenient. The apartment was easy to find and is in a safe and distinguished area. The building itself was of high quality (probably more recently built). The apartment was technologically advanced (especially the shower and the blinds on the balcony!) as well as clean and well-decorated. We had ample access to kitchen supplies, furniture, towels, and toiletries. We felt very safe in this accommodation!

It is a new building. The supermarket downstairs was excellent. Big TV. The location is 4 minutes walk to the train station! And 10 minutes to the beach.

Very high tech, it was realy not easy to get in the appartman. I know it is basic to have internet on the phone, but my samsung did not work at the front door, no signal, the iphone of my friend did work. So yes...a key is much better then this high tech entrance.... We had issue with electricity too, and was 3 hours till it got fixed, so don't cook in the oven while air condition and the stow is on! Oh and the aircondition sometimes works sometimes not...you switch it on, but will start in 25 minutes, and you can eighter cool down both rooms or none...if you are lucky and it starts cooling.... 4 cups, 2 glasses, and no kitchen equipment for cooking...nothing... After 30 minutes I could make coffe with the machine, but i have to buy pads for it... No salt and pepper neighter. We left some for the next guest ;)

Management of the apartment almost didn’t exist. Contact by txt was very difficult, no response right away. The biggest problem was no AC working, management didn’t help at all. No hot water in shower, even small things like wine glasses weren’t there. Coffee pods didn’t fit into coffee machine (useless).

Cleaning was not done in the apartment. - dust and hair on the floor - garbage not emptied from previous booking - bathroom not cleaned The owner was not responsive and not willing to do any action.

Lovely modern apartment with nice balcony to have breakfast on. The location was very convenient for the station. There was a supermarket on the ground floor of the complex. It was also not far at all to walk to the restaurants etc of the old town. Facilities included a washing machine & very large TV with Netflix.

There’s too much faffing with the online registration forms that you have to fill in. This is not something I want to have to do before getting into a property and having to use a bank card to pay the city tax. The opening of the door etc with your phone I also found very annoying, if your phone battery was low you’d be struggling. The coffee machine I could not work out how to work (think it is broken) even though there were coffee pods left I couldn’t enjoy them. There was too much dust on the bedroom tables for me I could run my finger right through it.

most things to be honest. the photos are deceptive for starters. we were made to wait almost 90minutes with 2babies at 6pm even though they had our arrival time. our cot which was confirmed wasn’t provided because they’d given it to other guests at another property. communication was bad. they basically drop you and run. this was our worst accomodation experience of a 6week holiday - we left a night early. very disappointing stay.
