Riverside Central Kingston Flat 1B

Very big appartment. Clean, beautiful area

Property managers were initially difficult to get hold of. When we did get through, we were passed to multiple people. Communication was incredibly rude, aggressive and unprofessional. We ended up having to contact Booking.com customer service. Place was dirty upon arrival - clearly had not been cleaned after last guest. We checked in on Thursday. Cleaners could only be sent on Monday (day before we check out). Bed mattress was awful. Really uncomfortable and clearly a budget purchase. Whole apartment looked like it had been furnished with odd budget pieces. Not welcoming at all. Felt cold and lifeless.

It was nice and cool during the heatwave. We loved the location near the river.

Maybe the sheets could be better quality - cotton rather than polyester.

Great location, nice and spacious.

One of the rooms wasn't cleaned properly. Some clothes were left under the pillow in the larger of the two rooms. Other than that it was good. It would have been nice to have coffee and tea and milk. Entering down the drive at night was a little daunting when on your own.

Good location, beautiful scene next to the River Thames

No free car parking, the mattresses were too soft, one of the beds was too small for two persons.

You can't fault the location, easy walking to Surbiton on Kingston and waterfront.

On arrival you could see there was alot of construction still being completed. Inside it was disappointing to find dirty wash rags in the sink and bench.

It is not a big deal but the waste water duct/pipe in front of the entrance door can be covered - this negatively impacts the first impression of the property due to foul smell.

The Flat is amazing, just opposite to the Thames river, walking distance to the town centre. The room is spacious, feels like larger than the measurements. The owner is very kind and friendly, always making big efforts helping out. It definitely worth to visit again.
