샤워실 빼고는 룸컨디션이 좋았어요

깨끗하고 청결하나 살짝 시원한 느낌 조금 따뜻한 느낌이 들면 좋을 것 같아요 주변 이용가능한 서비스 시설이 많아서 좋았고 태백의 이마트까지 멀게 느껴지지 않아서 더 좋았네요

컨벤션호텔 두번째방문입니다. 가든뷰 19층 배정해주셔서 26일 저녁 불꽃놀이도 잘 보고 바깥풍경 구경도 잘 했습니다. 룸 상태도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.

넘 좋아요. 호텔도 깨끗하고 친절하고 편의시설도 많아 넘 즐겁게 잘 다녀왔습니다. 다음에도 다시 이용할거에요~

The hotel is nice and big but be aware that you have to pay extra for all the amenities. Communication with the staff is a big problem, the majority don't speak English. We booked a Superior Double room (1 double bed and 2 twin futons). Futons in Korea are what they called "traditional Korean beds": one thin mattress and a comforter that set on the floor. The description should be I double bed and 2 traditional Korean beds. We were not aware about the differences. After skiing all day, sleeping on the floor the best experience for my family.

房間整潔，可惜沒有英文指示或中文指引，員工的英文水平都有待改善。另外是沒有洗衣房，如需要使用，需要到另外的酒店或交給酒店清潔

很棒！雖然不在滑雪場旁，但其實搭乘巴士很快就到，樓下就是賭場，但住宿環境很好！

장점- 화장실이 이쁘고 좋아요. 넓고 욕조랑 거울이 참 이쁘네요 단점- 통유리라 창문에서 찬바람이 슝슝들어와요 그러다고 난방을 틀면 덥고 답답하네여 바닦에 까는 요가 너무 얇아요 바꿔야 될 때가 온 것 같네요 베게는 너무 높고... 온돌방은 신관보다 하이원 구관이 더 나은 것 같아요
