Old Cottage in Stratford upon Avon

This is a little gem of a cottage, just the perfect place for a romantic getaway, we loved the comfy, homeley feel of the place as soon as we walked in the door. The seating area out the back gets the sun alot and is so peaceful to sit and enjoy a cuppa. While parking is on the main road it's not too far (no more than 20 yards) and the cottage is on a pedestrain only pathway so there is little to no road noise. The Kitchen and bathroom have clearly been done recenly and are done to a high specification with everything that you need in the kitchen, although we didn't cook while we were there. The dog bowls were appreciated, we left one outside on the step with water in because our dog has a tendancy to leave water everywhere while drinking and didn't want him to leave puddes all over the floor. The location was perfect for getting into Stratford as it's only a mile and a bit by car, but i expect if you wanted to walk into the town centre it wouldn't take too long and there are plenty of pubs, shope within the area to keep anyone entertained. We did the Ghost tour round the Tudor Museum while we were there and would recommend that anyone brave enough looks into it as we had a fab time.

Hard to say anything negative, only that the dog doesn't like bare floors as he finds them a little slippy. Other than that i can't fault the cottage or the host.
