Modern 2BED Apartment-Free Parking

The facilities are adequate for 5 people as described.

The heating system was very difficult to use. I had to reset it and wait for the machine to boot until I couldn't wait any longer and had to take a cold shower at 1am.

None Nothing is good

Faulty fire alarm in our unit kept ringing multiple times, from 3 am till late at night. It's really a disaster. Maintenance staffs couldn't address the root cause nor fixing the issue. We totally couldn't rest at all, and had to early terminate our stay (we have to evacuate the building after staying there miserably for 2 disaster nights, instead of the initial plan of 6 nights). They made my holiday and days becoming a totally disaster. And we had to ask for proportional refund for the rest of 4 nights. No elevator, have to carry our luggages by stairs Bed is sinking, and uncomfortable Creepy atmosphere, when we walked through the stairs to our unit No bathmat and rubbish bin in the bathroom. We have to ask the property owner to provide us the bathmat and trash bin Never evet in my life, that I would stay in Murano place property again.

The property had modern furnishing and was clean on arrival. The location was good with several amenities close by and attractions within 15 mins walking distance. The road was relatively quiet and appeared safe. There were no difficulties with hot running water or heating.

Just a small suggestion - perhaps some hooks to hang coats and jackets.

Great Location - lovely apartment.

A decent, modern and well furnished flat at a very strategic location. It’s very well equipped. The extra electric heaters were truly a blessing in extreme cold. It’s definitely recommended for enjoying central Edinburgh. The host Jozef is communicative and compassionate.

The bathroom seat is definitely NOT for large sized people as it’s shoved in the corner. Only one washroom for 5 adults isn’t sufficient. Shivering showers because water heating was adjusted only when it was time to leave. Dust bins missing.
