We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would gladly return again! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Nicoletta, who is an incredibly kind, friendly, and thoughtful host. She provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The mattresses were excellent, ensuring a great night’s sleep throughout our stay. The garden is beautiful, green, and well-maintained, with a stunning sea view. The terrace is truly amazing and offers the perfect place to relax, enjoy a morning coffee, or spend a peaceful evening admiring the scenery. One of the great advantages of the property is the private parking area inside the yard, which provides both convenience and peace of mind for guests traveling by car. What impressed us most was Nicoletta’s genuine hospitality and attention to detail. She even shared fresh apricots from her own tree with us, and they were absolutely delicious. Small gestures like this made us feel truly welcome and at home. The house offers plenty of space, tranquility, and a relaxing atmosphere—exactly what we were looking for. We are very grateful to Nicoletta for her kindness and hospitality, and we will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

The place was very beautiful and perfectly equipped for our stay. I still miss the view of the garden and the sea, the calm and the cute chickens :) I cannot praise our host Nicole enough - she was there any time we needed and also helped us feel welcome and curious to come again and explore Nikiti more.

The location is perfect. The room is very clean and nice. The bathroom is in a modern style and very elegant. The mattress on bed is very comfortable. Everything was perfect and Nicole is an excellent host. We really appreciate her efforts to make us feel great. We are looking forward to return next year for our holiday

Nicole's studio was really nice, clean and cosy. Its large garden makes it a very quiet and enjoyable accommodation, which is what we were looking for. Nicole herself is very kind and welcoming, always available, and gave us great recommendations for beach locations and restaurants.

We did not "dislike" anything. A few suggestions of what could make guests' stay even more pleasant: some more pieces of furniture where to store clothes, and hangers in the bathroom.

Practic nu au existat lucruri care ne-au deranjat cauzate de proprietate - au existat doar altii care ne-au deranjat, respectiv alti turisti galagiosi care s-au certat cu voce peste masura de tare.

Our experience exceeded all expectations! The space was incredibly welcoming and cozy, equipped with everything you could possibly need – from kitchen utensils to an ironing board. The room was spotless, spacious, and perfect for relaxation, with a large, very comfortable bed. The host was extremely kind, always smiling, and eager to offer help or recommendations about the island. The large, beautifully arranged yard was a highlight, complete with sun loungers and a small table where you could enjoy a meal. This was truly a stay where we felt at home, and we’ll gladly return.
