No complaints.

The Location couldn’t have been better. Beautiful views. Lovely spacious home. Comfortable beds.

Too much paper work, too many emails. We were expected to count every piece of cutlery and crockery upon arrival which is ridiculous

Location Clean Managers were contactable

Security - felt unsafe that door from garage did not lock . No stay function for alarm . Also no basic condiments like salt and pepper Basic information on coping with load shedding not given .

Amazing location. Good value for the location (the regular price was discounted)

Very clinical. Not homely. Very minimal supplies, eg. No extra toilet paper, no dishwasher tablets, underfloor heating turned off. Shower door in main ensuite faulty. Snakeskin (?) leather on dining room chairs off-putting. Braai had holes in. Garage door remote worked intermittently (battery needs replacing?)

everything was great and comfortable. was my 50th and enjoyed it

my husband wanted a TV but we enjoyed it even without a tv

The location was perfect - right on the water. The house huge and more than enough space for 7 people. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There is no TV but that was not missed at all as it gave us an opportunity to spend quality time with each other.

Nothing not to like. I would however suggest 3 MINOR things: 1. We were unsure whether or not to put the alarm on at night while asleep - add to instructions. 2. Have the kitchen drawers fixed as it would be a problem if there were busy toddlers around - both in terms of safety of the toddler and the drawer content😊. 3. Add some large serving spoons to the cutlery. 4. Indicate to bring own dishwasher detergent - I think to bring washing powder is more obvious than dishwashing detergent as some places provide at least 2 tablets.
