"Family of 4 Scotland Road trip"

Town House was very spacious, clean, modern and stylish catered our every need for our family of 4 , very comfortable , the host Patricia was very helpful when messaged and gave precise information, would definitely recommend. Parking wasn't onsite, but wasn't too far so not an issue , loved the huge showers , loved that it had an en- suite , loved the modern decor had every facility needed for a home from home mini break, plenty of privacy from each other aswell as surrounding tenants taken some of your decor ideas will definitely be visiting the website , great taste in decor.

Beams in the top bedroom very low , kept banging our heads even at 5 ft tall.

"Lovely family weekend break"

Excellent facilities, including kitchen utensils (only missing a colander). Spacious with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower). Easy check-in (key safe). Very clean. Lots of sockets. Modern decor. Not overlooking any houses from the living room (you can see gardens and woodland beyond). Handy location for Brechin Train Station (heritage railway). Host gave plenty of information about key collection, car parking etc.

Low ceilings (I'm just under 5ft 5in and it was very comfortable for me, but would be a little oppressive if you're taller). You can only park for 30 minutes at a time on the busy narrow road outside... there is a car park within a couple of minutes walk (the pay and display ticket machine is out of order).

The host was very accommodating by letting my brother stay at very short notice (who wasn’t originally a guest) that was very much appreciated. The house is beautiful inside & felt like home from home.

There’s nothing about our stay that we did not like.

We were visiting Brechin to attend a murder mystery event at the Steam railway. The house was perfect as it was within short walking distance of this location. It was very clean and met all our needs. We had a lovely stay - thank you!

Could hear traffic on the high street at night, but then it is a town house!
