Location was good . Bed was comfortable.

Very noisy . Hot water ran out very quickly . Floors in all areas were dirty . Shower was dirty . We were charged 50 Euros for a late check in and we had to wait nearly 30 minutes out in the street at 9.30pm while waiting for someone to come to greet us . When they finally arrived he had the wrong keys and once we gained entry he quickly took a photo of our passports and left without going through any other information re the apartment. We are also still waiting for a 20 euro refund from our late check in that was completed earlier than originally expected which I requested on the first day of our arrival .

Great location! Two minutes from como lago train station, great breakfast spot on the corner, easy check in and out and charming little balcony

It was like Fort Knox getting in and out due to number of keys, but meant it was safe!

Location was fantastic, right next to train station and 5 min walk from Como Town. Room was clean and furniture was nice.

Would of been nice to have things like olive oil, salt and pepper in for us to cook with. Feels a bit much to buy each on their own when only staying a few days. Also, the advertised balcony was much bigger. The large balcony is displayed in the first image on booking.com and made us believe we had access to that - we did not.

A really nice apartment in a great location. It was lovely to have some outside space. Clear arrival and entry instructions too. Would certainly recommend and choose to stay here again.

We knew there was no washing in the apartment, but we used the Sant'Agostino da Lilly Laundry (about 3 minutes walk away), which provided a really good service.

Great location, quiet apartment, good facilities. Spacious, well sized bathroom.

Host provided incorrect code to access lockbox meaning we had a stressful time accessing the property. Due to travelling with a data only eSIM, we had to borrow a stranger’s phone, along with my partner at home in Australia calling the host to get a resolution. Took 90 minutes to get the correct code whilst standing outside in the heat with a child and luggage; not to mention the lockbox is some distance from the apartment.

Amazing location and amazing apartment at the heart of the town. Everything was super close to the apartment.
