Ubytovanie je umiestnené v krásnej zelenej zóne priamo pri mori. V areáli sú nadherné palmy a kvitnúce kríky. Pohľad z balkóna bol úžasný. Vybavenie apartmánu veľmi jednoduché ale účelné.

Ubytovanie sme museli zrušiť. Dôvodom nebolo ubytovanie ale riasa sargasum, ktorá zaplavila celé okolité pobrežie. Biele pláže boli pokryté hrubou vrstvou rozkladajúcej sa riasy, bol z toho nepríjemný zápach. Nedalo sa plávať v mori. Bolo nám to veľmi ľúto, že sme boli nútení opustiť toto krásne tiché miesto. Riasa sa tohto roku objavila oveľa skôr ako iné roky. Odporúčam pred príchodom do oblasti pobrežia Karibiku, zistiť aký je momentálny stav.

Cuisine très peu équipée pour ceux qui veulent manger sur place. Espace commun agréable mais surveillé par caméra, ce qui est dérangeant. Douche vraiment pas top

La playa es muy privada y a pocos metros se encuentra un arrecife, el personal es muy amable y servicial

Las instalaciones se ven un poco antiguas, le falta modernizar, la playa tenía mucho sargazo y basura

Velmi prostorné ubytování, vybavená kuchyň a blízkost moře. Bezpečné pro plavání a výborné pro nerušené opalování. Také je blízko market, takže nebylo potřeba se vzdalovat z lokality. Možnost půjčit si kajak.

Vybavení je starší a je to na něm vidět, ale všechno včetně větráku fungovalo výborně. Lepší než nové vybavení co nefunguje :-). Nešlo si půjčit vybavení pro šnorchlování.

La distance à la mer

Je souhaitais faire part de mon mécontentement concernant notre séjour. À notre arrivée, les couverts et la vaisselle étaient négligés et aucun inventaire n'a été fait. Pourtant, à notre départ, chaque ustensile a été compté minutieusement. Cela nous a mis très mal à l'aise, comme si l'on nous soupçonnait de vouloir emporter un verre ou une fourchette. Ce manque de confiance et de soin initial est très décevant.

The hosts are extremely friendly & accommodating. The location is excellent and in a more authentic part of the beach with less development.

The bed was comfortable, important after hours of travel by collectivo. The location was quiet -- "disrupted" by the wind and sound of waves -- and offered a night sky filled with stars. Finally, the owners were personable, and quick to assist with questions and more. They made a great stay all the better. A couple side points. First, if you do not have a car or take a taxi, consider renting a bicycle in Mahahual; a walk to town takes 1 to 1.5 hours. Second, to tide one over between trips to town, a few minutes walk up the road is/was a "store" with the basics, milk, juice, beer, eggs, cheese, snacks, and more.
