Qëndrimi ynë në këtë hotel ishte përtej pritshmërive. Dhoma ishte shumë e pastër, me mobilim modern dhe krevat shumë të rehatshëm. Stafi ishte mikpritës, buzëqeshës dhe gjithmonë gati të ndihmonte për çdo gjë. Mëngjesi i pasur dhe i shijshëm me shumë zgjedhje. Lokacioni perfekt, shumë pranë plazhit dhe atraksioneve kryesore. Do të kthehemi patjetër sërish. Thank you Niki ! Youre the best !

I'm not sure if i would book any other apartment in Thesalloniki when I'm visiting. Niki is a perfect host! Apartment is amazing, clean and modern! Very comfy beds and location is super! And the terrace is perfect for evening chill! Only thing that you'll need tp get used to is bells from the church every morning 😅

İlk öncelikle ev sahibinden bahsedersek çok yardımsever ve her türlü probleme anında reaksiyon gösteren iyi bir insan. Ayrıca bize Selanik’te yapabileceğimiz ve gezebileceğimiz yerleri büyük bir heyacanla aktardı. Teşekkürler Niki . Binanın dış görünüşü ilk önce kızlarımın moralini bozsada içeri girdikten sonra bu ön yargılarının yersiz olduğunu hep beraber gördük . Hersey yeni yapılmış modern bir daireydi, rahat ettik.Balkonda oturup günün yorgunluğunu atmak zevkliydi.Park yeri Selanik de komple sorun ama buradada Nikiye kocaman teşekkürler.

Binanın dış görünüşü ilk baştan ürkütüyor,ama insan bir gün sonra alışıyor,birde Niki mutfak eşyalarını biraz artıra bilirsin(makarna süzgeçi, rakı bardağı 😉)ama bunları isteseydik Nikinin halledeceğini hissettik.Bir ihtiyacımızın olup olmadığını devamlı sordu.

Everything was awesome! I wish Niki all the best. She is wonderful and sweet and her apartments are sparklingly clean and beautiful and everything is new. She even saved us a parking spot with her own car so that we would have parking directly in front of the accomodation after our long drive to the city - I am sure she cannot do this everytime, but the fact she thought to do it for us shows how much she cares about her guests.

There was nothing we did not like. For those few comments of other guests that are noting concerns about the neighborhood, the neighborhood is a perfectly normal Thesaloniki neighborhood and is safe as the rest of the city. The city is just energetic and full of people by its nature, which can be scary to some people who are more used to smaller, cleaner or calmer environments. However, the good thing is that the accomodation is 10 to 20 minutes by foot from the "party" or the "fancy" part of town, so it is perfect for a calm sleep at night with an open window (not possible when you are in the core city center).

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, die Gasgeberin war stets bemüht uns zur Seite zu stehen. Die Unterkunft ist top sauber und gemütlich. In das Zentrum kann man problemlos laufen. Es gibt eine Ubahn Station in der Nähe( 2 Minuten zu Fuß). Wir haben die Zeit bei Niki sehr genossen.

SKIA is an excellent accommodation in the heart of Thessaloniki, one the joins the "do not miss" category. Managed by a lovely host, the studios are well equipped, perfectly clean and offer a great view over the city' historical Byzantine Walls. The terrace is surely a nice bonus and for parking a car you'll receive host's valuable help.

Tesis merkezde heryere cok yakın,temiz,ve güvenilir.ev sahibi çok iyi bize her konuda yardımcı oldu kendı evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettirdi bizi.son zamanlarda kaldığım en iyi yer!

Apartament drăguț cu toate comoditățile, situat aproape de centru. Gazda foarte amabilă.

Puțin mai micuț decât ne-am așteptat. În rest totul a fost bine.
