GBGBGBGBUnfortunately we checked in but didn't stay at the property due to one of our party feeling ill, so we decided to continue our journey home. The host was very responsive and clear communication and friendly when she popped out after I messaged to say we would be checking out early.
As mentioned above, we didn't stay so I can't comment on comfort. We did however notice that the property wasn't as clean as we would expect, and it was also a factor in our decision to leave. The skirting boards and corners of shower were dirty. Some of the towels were dirty and bed linen was very worn and thin. The property is located on a housing estate, not in the countryside as it appears in the pictures. We wouldn't book to stay in future.
GBBed was really comfy Shower was good The brook was sooo lovely and great for the dog. I do like them when you feel private and that was the case here. Contact with Suzi was friendly.
Sorry but it was not very clean. There was a clump of hair on the shower wall from a previous occupant. The toilet door, base of toilet taps, toilet roll holder are all very dirty. The toilet seat is loose. Fabric liner of bin in double bedroom was so dirty. It was really small inside. The pics were taken really cleverly, I didn’t realise it was a converted double garage, I thought it was a bungalow. So then the value for money felt quite expensive. Was surprised it was in a suburb, from the photos thought it was against a field that we could take the dog across the brook to!

It was very cold in there and didn't warm up very much despite the heaters and heating being on. Lack of secure garden as its pet friendly its something we expected however it was open and the road into the close is accessible.
