I couldn't have guests (friends from Australia passing through) stay the night without being charged £80. I was more than happy to clean and re make the beds (I was there for 4 days). It seemed the money for cleaning an extra room was excessive at £80 for a night, particularly if ai was going to do the work myself.

Heating wasn’t working, so no heating or hot water during our stay. Not ideal in December! Place was very cold. I tried to fix the boiler, but it wouldn’t fill up. Host sent messages with Google suggestions of how to fix it. A Saturday, so hard to get an engineer at that time. Had the heating and hot water been working, this place gets 10/10. No discount offered for this, which was disappointing. Electric shower was a bit erratic, went from roasting to freezing with little in between.
