ITLa zona tranquilla, appartamento caldo, prezzo buono,ma….
Nel complesso l’appartamento ci è piaciuto: buona posizione, prezzo ottimo, l’ambiente è abbastanza accogliente. Eravamo in tre. Tuttavia, ci sono stati subito alcuni problemi organizzativi. Avevamo scritto in anticipo alla proprietaria chiedendo la possibilità di fare il check-in anticipato, ma ci ha risposto che il check-in era alle 15:00. Quando siamo arrivate all’orario stabilito, l’appartamento non era ancora pronto. La proprietaria mi ha chiamata dicendo che mi aveva scritto che il check-in sarebbe stato alle 16:00, ma io non ho mai ricevuto alcun messaggio. Alla fine siamo riuscite ad entrare solo alle 15:30. Non è stato molto corretto. Anche la pulizia lascia a desiderare. A prima vista l’appartamento sembra in ordine, ma la pulizia è superficiale: sotto il letto e nelle zone meno visibili c’era parecchia sporcizia. Il problema principale riguarda il terzo posto letto. Per due persone va tutto bene: il letto matrimoniale è comodo. Ma il terzo posto è un divano letto strutturato in modo tale che nella zona delle spalle e della schiena si sentono delle barre metalliche rigide. È praticamente impossibile dormirci. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto chiudere il divano a metà e adattarci. Era corto, quindi l’ho avvicinato al letto e ho dormito così: una parte del corpo sul divano e le gambe sul letto. È stato estremamente scomodo. Ho dormito così per tutti e quattro i giorni. Ho scritto alla proprietaria per segnalare il problema, ma il messaggio è stato completamente ignorato: non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Questo è stato molto spiacevole. Inoltre, l’ultimo giorno ho ricevuto un messaggio da parte sua in cui mi chiedeva di lasciare una recensione e di mettere 10 su 10 se ci eravamo trovate bene. Sinceramente, è sembrato poco appropriato: prima il mio messaggio con un problema viene ignorato, e poi mi viene chiesto di lasciare una valutazione. Per questo lascio una recensione onesta. Per due persone l’appartamento può andare bene. Ma per tre persone assolutamente no.

GBVery clean, a lot of extra amenities (e.g. washer, oven, coffee machine) which we didn’t really use as we didn’t stay for long but very nice to have just incase. Right next to the Corvin promenade so perfect for shopping/ meals and very convenient. Dora was absolutely lovely very helpful with any of my questions. We really enjoyed our stay, it was really worth the price and I would stay again if I came back to Budapest :)
The view from the balcony wasn’t the best (straight onto the street) but it was cold anyway so the balcony wasn’t really used so I couldn’t complain. The location isn’t close to the touristy areas but the public transport was amazing as the metro was only a 7 minute walk and it took us straight to the city, so also not really complaining.

FRThe flat has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed is very comfortable and quite large, contrary to what some reviews say. It is located near a very convenient underground station, in a clean and secure residence. We really liked the balcony and the separate duvets. Very good value for money.
We found it very noisy because of the frequent ambulances, especially at night, but with earplugs it was fine. However, there were quite a few essential items missing that we had to buy (oil, sponge, some kitchen utensils). There is also no table, not even a small coffee table, which can be inconvenient.
GBThe location was great and entrance was proper secure. The address was easily found by food delivery people and uber drivers and it was super close to 3 great coffee spots, especially Frei Cafe. The bed was big enough for two adults and a small child to cuddle in and we also had a toddler bed with enough space to roam about.
The shower drain was clogged and we had to try unclog it with the toilet plunger, which helped the situation. However, the gunk that came out of yhe plunger was disgusting! There also wasn't a comfortable table to sit at, but more a high breakfast bar that was way too tall for our toddler so the rest of the time we ate on the bed, which was not ideal.
