Price

The neighbourhood was awful. Windows are facing the main prospect so it's quite noisy. In general it was clean, but some places looked like they had not been cleaned for years.

"Low price, low comfort."

We used to go to the old town for breakfast, because there was nowhere to eat nearby — it was just that kind of location where you could only go to a shop and buy some food. The apartment is a bit farther from the old town, about 3.6 km to the old pier. You can walk there, and there’s convenient bus access. The place is suitable for those who are not picky.

The neighborhood is a bit strange, with many unrenovated buildings left from the Soviet era around. Although the apartment itself is decently furnished, you have to pass through rather unpleasant areas to get to it. The young owners didn’t consider that the sun rises on that side, so special blinds would be needed to prevent the apartment from heating up too much.

"Ok for the price."

The price. And it was quiet. Good public transport to the center. A huge shopping center nearby with a 15 minutes walk.

Many flats in this big building looked badly from outside.
