Lack of aircon

Everything was great from the contact with Benedetta, check in with Massimiliano, excellent location and very comfortable.

Great location in beautiful Siena. Super responsive hosts, very patient and helpful with our arrival time to the place. The apartment is big and have 2 bathrooms which is a plus in Italy and great for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen and nice views.

Could have been improved by having bedside lights and some bleach used in the lovely bathroom to get rid of grout mould and down loo

We booked as it said that there were 2 bathrooms in the main description, but it was actually only 1 and a toilet.. which was very small, and the sink kept leaking. There was nowhere to hang clothes in the bedroom near the lounge and no mirror either. Just some.hooks on the wall would have been enough.. but nothing at all We struggled to get any of the plugs to work and had to buy an adapter

It is located at the heart of the city, which makes it convenient to walk around. The host was super helpful, especially with finding a parking place

There was no coffee, and as a coffee-addicted people like us, it was pretty unpleasant not to be able to drink coffee in the morning. The pillows were also not comfortable

Great, large apartment, very close to the Duomo and with a beautiful view.

Totally everything: the interior of the flat is incredibly beautiful, the view from the windows is marvelous, the location is perfect. The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people, there are 2 separate bedrooms. The host is very attentive.
