Загально все відповідає дизайну помешкання, гарно, яскрава ванна. Розташування по місту супер, біля центру та багато чого поряд

Відсутність шторки у душі, невідповідність зазначеного «вид на місто і вид на внутрішній двір», адже по факту тільки на внутрішній двір. Відсутність шумоізоляції та підвидах телевізор, незручно шось дивитись на ньому. Також не працював холодильник та мікрохвильовка

Звукоізоляція, годинник який світив в темряві прямо на ліжко, не зручний матрас
