It was small, staff was really friendly and accommodating. The place is nice and modern and the beds were comfy and the free coffee and pastries !

There were no rails in the shower, in case someone slipped they would have nothing to hold on to.

Receptionist lovely. Very friendly and helpful.

Management is terrible. i have multiple health issues. Our experience here was diabolical. Manager damien very passive aggressive on messages. Cannot takes accountability for failings in the hotel. Used condoms in family rooms are a cause of concern.

Spacious room, spotlessly clean, comfy king size bed, complementary breakfast pastries and excellent city centre location but in a quiet side street

A second chair would have been welcome, there was plenty of space for one

"Was well worth the money"

Just over a 5min walk from lime street station and easy to get too. Quiet location and near all the shops if that’s what your going for. It’s about a 10-15min walk to the docks. Room was lovely and clean and staff was super friendly. I’d definitely stay again if I was in the area.
