Beautifully clean and so well appointed in a fantastic location right in the middle of Tromsø. Reidun was a fabulous host who took the time to greet us at the apartment and explain everything to us. She was incredibly accommodating and we would strongly recommend this apartment.

Excellent stay. Met at the flat and showed around. Beautiful flat in city centre. We saw the aurora from the balcony. We used Uber to travel around ..very efficient.

Location, aesthetics, fully stocked, responsive owner. The apartment just steps away from main shopping street and restaurants really made our stay in Tromsø truly magical

It was one of the best properties we’ve stayed at but if I had to just make some suggestions for improvements 1) freezing in winter it was very cold in the toilet. Suggest a radiator there and maybe also another extra radiator. 2)Only one portable radiator available for the entire apartment and because of the beautiful windows it got very cold in the living room and bedrooms. So only one bedroom could be kept warm at night. 3) towel rack in bathroom was too tiny for 3 people. Some hooks in the toilet would have been useful to hang up clothes or towels 4) huge wardrobe in master bedroom but already filled with bed sheets and supplies etc would be good if at least one section cleared for guests to use

We loved our stay here! Honestly, if I lived in Tromsø, I would like to live in this apartment. It felt like a place to live, not just a place to crash. Plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen. We cooked all of our breakfasts and most of our dinners in the kitchen. The coffee machine grinds whole beans on demand and brews at the touch of a button and was used liberally. There's a grocery store around the corner with all you might need. All of the tour meeting points were a minutes walk away. And absolutely check out the indie theatre across the street at the end of the day. We had plenty of space in the living room for some evening yoga. And the living space has large windows for some open views. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is not a complaint. I normally hang dry my clothes when traveling. This unit has a combo washer/dryer. It's actually awesome if you're gone most of the day. Just understand that a whole cycle is going to take a long time. Plan accordingly.

The apartment is in a great spot right in "The Heart" of Tromso. Literally speaking, everything is no more than 5-10 minutes casual walk. Nicely laid out with good furniture and fittings in a nicely sized apartment. Great open plan living area and kitchen. Good Sonos bluetooth speaker is available to use if you like music. Coffee machine was nice. Some great views of the mountains from the balconies and through the windows. Maybe an apartment folder listing the apartment items (Thermostat, garbage disposal, TV, speaker, oven, washing machine etc) and how to use things would be a handy item left on the table.

The bed was way, way to soft for me, I literally sank into it. My missus agreed but didn't mind it The mouldy ground coffee waste inside the coffee machine and dirty internals weren't so good to find, so cleaned the machine entirely before use. The host was helpful but only contact was via email, they did provide their number to call and offered to answer any questions. They were away so a friend dropped the keys to me outside the apartment, all pleasant. I guess I expected a bit more hosting, like the reception at a hotel is when you arrive. That's just my thoughts and the host was away so it might be an exception for my stay.
