Very old and run down. Mosquitos everywhere. All Beds in very poor condition. Avoid this place.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Host We booked the villa nearly two months in advance and tried multiple times to contact the host before our stay to confirm details and request an early check-in. Unfortunately, the response was extremely poor. Despite reaching out through various phone numbers, we received little to no help. On the day of our stay, we were still trying to get the check-in details, only to be told by the host that he was no longer on the platform and couldn’t accommodate us. This left us completely stranded at the last minute. We also tried contacting Booking.com customer service for support, but received no response at all. In the end, we were forced to book another villa at the last minute, which was both stressful and costly. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid this listing and be cautious with hosts who don’t communicate clearly or take responsibility.

Overall, this homestay is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and there are plenty of recreational facilities available. It's very cost-effective, and the stay was very comfortable

Some facilities were slightly faulty, like the door lock and ac, and the refund of the deposit after check-out was a bit slow
