amazing

gates are locked after 11pm so if you need to leave the property for what ever reason leave before 11pm and come back before 11pm as front gates will shut but that in mind, i believe it creates an even more secure and safer space for the guests/customers that are staying over

Woken up at 6 am by yappy dog above in first floor flat. Very noisy. Also didn’t receive message re access details

Lovely spacious guest room for an overnight stay. 10 min walk to BMR station and Turf Moor. Good detailed instructions on arrival.

Minor issues, but poor WiFi and TV practically on the ceiling!

Excellent location alongside the canal. A short walk to town and Turf Moor. Spacious, clean and warm. Comfortable bed, big bathroom. Would definitely stay again when in the area
