La Mar Miraflores by Wynwood House

The property was very clean and well organized. It has everything that is needed for a good comfortable long term stay. Also the customer service was very good. And they responded to all our needs promptly except one which may be was beyond their control.

The property is in a building which has a few dogs who bark throughout the day. I is loud. VERY LOUD. I am an animal lover but I couldn’t take how loud these dogs were. If someone wants this property long term to work during the day, I would advise against it as it was a huge disturbance. You also cannot take a nap in the apartment during the day as those dogs bark throughout the day. I was surprised how none of the residents have complained against it. I brought it up with customer service and they couldn’t do anything about it.

Nice place, safe and secure, with a grocery next door and restaurants and cafes nearby.

The apartment was quite cold with only one portable heater, and the cleaning materials used left a disgusting smell that lingered throughout our stay, especially when opening the cupboards. It would be better if the cleaner avoided using such strong chemicals.

Amamos que todo estuviera ordenado y limpio, y la ubicación, las botellitas de agua fueron de gran detalle veníamos agotados de Cusco y fue muy refrescante.

Nos hubiera gustado, que tuvieran café, no necesariamente marca elegante, pero si agradecemos que tuvieran infusiones.
