The host Giosef was so friendly and kind, the property was very very clean despite being rural, and the house is fascinating and very spacious. It seems like a traditional Tuscan farmhouse. Beautiful views, food available. We had drinks and antipasto on the terrace.

Sometimes the showers were not hot but this might be to do with electricity supply.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible place with another couple, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely perfect - just outside of the city with a great view of the countryside and city up on the hill. There was never a dull moment, with plenty of great options for winery tours, dining and entertainment within a short drive up the hill to the city - or a 15-minute walk (all uphill). The space itself was immaculate and beautifully updated. The bathrooms were nothing short of amazing, featuring modern fixtures and plenty of space. The bedrooms had plenty of space and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day of exploring. What truly stood out was the host. They were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Their professionalism made all the difference, and it felt like we were staying with a friend rather than just renting a space. Overall, this exceeded all our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to friends and family looking for a fantastic place to stay.

The location was amazing! You are 10 min away from Pienza! Beautiful scenery! We enjoyed a morning coffee outside with the view! The directions were very easy!

None everything was exceptional.

Very warm and helpful host. Beautiful surroundings. Good amenities, has a washing machine for your whole family's clothes, and has lots of space to hang your clothes, and has lots of kitchenware to cook your meal, and a lovely big dining room and living room to relax in. Lovely outdoor amenities to take in the view. The styling is very Tuscan and local

The lights are a little dim. Of course dim lights can have a vibe but sometimes you need adequately bright lights for cooking, packing your luggage, etc.

The farm house, the terrace and the little herb garden were so beautiful. I love sitting in the terrace sipping coffee and looking over the magnificent view down the hill. Giosef was a great host supporting us a lot and provided good guidance for places to visit and restaurants.

Only one small thing about electricity. We need to be attentive to turn off devices and light because the weak electricity current cannot support cooking and lights and aircon at the same time. When we turned off most of the light or one aircon during the cooking time, that was fine.

Firstly, the entire apartment was very spacious and the 2 bathrooms were ideal for a family of 4. The location is exceptional and the view is just breathtaking! Our host was very accommodating with any request. Ample parking for rental vehicle. Pienza itself is just absolutely amazing!! Highly highly recommend.

It's was wonderfully quiet and the view was phenomenal! The apartment was immaculate and so spacious. Joseph and his family are so kind that we can't thank them enough.
