"It is an easy, comfort and clean house for a medium size of family."

The cleanliness of the property is very good. The owner is easy to liaise with. The room is comfort. The toilet also very clean. Other facilities i.e. iron, iron board, kitchen appliance sangat memudahkan urusan.

The house is convenient for families. Neat & tidy . Satisfied with the house. Affordable. The house environment is okay.

There is no water heater in the bathroom. Maybe it can be installed in the future.
