Very well located, characterful apartment. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Spacious, and having two bathrooms was a bonus.

The water pressure in the ensuite shower was a little low, but okay. The aircon units in the bedrooms needed adjusting for the cooling function, but the main one in the living area was very effective and kept the whole apartment cool.

Interesting flat with a mezzanine library in an otherwise residential block. Plenty of space to relax in the cool. Central location but mostly quiet. Very helpful staff who allowed us early access to the property. On our last night, another resident had an issue with the front door lock and the staff went to great lengths to communicate with us and ultimately the property owner waited to let us in after our night out. Working lift.

Lovely, cosy little apartment in a great area by the port, with great restaurants and gelatos close by. Clean and comfortable, great views from the main bedroom!

The only niggle was that the cd player wasn’t working- shame as there was a great cd collection!

Location was perfect, very central. View from apartment was incredible. Hosts were very generous and we had an amazing time!

The property is in an excellent location in Palermo. There were plenty of really good bars and restaurants right outside the apartment and it was a short walk to the city centre. The bedrooms are quiet at night when the windows are shut and there was air conditioning and fans that helped to keep the rooms cool in the heat of the day. There was a lovely view from one bedroom.

Both bathrooms need a lot of repairs. The apartment was managed by a company and communications were difficult. I asked for two sets of keys, which wasn't communicated to the person who met us at the apartment. We also had to give the second set of keys back before the end of our stay. They refused to let us pay the tourist tax in cash when we arrived, so I had to set up a bank transfer for 24 Euros. They then said it hadn't been received, despite the person who met us at the apartment watching over me while I made the payment.
