M's Downtown Homely Apartment

The apartment was very clean, and the host was really friendly and welcoming. We appreciated having a dedicated parking space right in front of the building. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

We stayed in the apartment for four nights. Unfortunately, the bed in the bedroom was old, squeaky, and uncomfortable. The soundproofing was also very poor—you could clearly hear the neighbors talking at night, as well as noise from the hallway and outside. We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, but unfortunately it wasn't comfortable either. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay if getting a good night's sleep and proper rest is important to you.

The apartment is modern and well equiped! Especially the kitchen has a lot of equipment. The location is quite nice, the parking spot outside of the building and the available elevator make it easy to use your car around the city.

The bed is really squeeky (like on each movement) and if you are a light sleeper, you will have difficult times. Maybe time to fix that by the host, since that was already mentioned over a year ago in the previous reviews. Also the bathroom fixtures in the shower are partially loose/damaged

Location with a view, it was clean, nice and quiet for working, nice lighting options, loved the balcony, the living room area is very spacious, every appliance I needed worked well. The host was quick to respond and helpful.

As a side comment: The small table in the living room wasn't there. Not important for me because I only needed the dining table and the desk for work & food anyway.

Ev çok temizdi. Her türlü detay düşünülmüş evde aklınıza gelebilecek pek çok araç gereç mevcuttu. Biz 1 gece konakladık daha uzun süreli konaklamak isterdik. Ev sahibi her türlü sorumuza cevap verdi, iletişimi iyiydi. Evdeki araç gereçlerin kullanımı ile ilgili evde bilgilendirme dosyası bulunuyordu. Kapalı ve açık otopark imkanı vardı.

Evle ilgili tek olumsuz söyleyebileceğimiz yatağın sert olması ve dönünce bile gıcırdamasıydı. Onun dışında hiç bir olumsuzluk yoktu.

Great location, everything in walkable distance. Very well equipped, had everything you’d need all in good condition. The best perk was the available parking post and self check in with a smart lock so no key was needed. But low water pressure. Bed was a bit squeaky.

Great apartment in a good area. The parking space was a plus.
