M's Downtown Homely Apartment

A modern apartment very close to the city centre was clean and cooled before we arrived. Additionally to the scheduled messages from the Booking app, the host made sure we got all the necessary information before arriving. What I really liked was also the booklet containing the instructions on the use of all the kitchen appliances in the apartment. The host was in constant communication with us, taking care we were feeling OK during our stay.

The only issue we occurred was that we were not able to park in the subterranean garage since our car has a rooftop cargo carrier. The problem was immediately solved by the host. We were able to use one of the neighbours' parking spots in the front of the building. All the communication was handled by that host in less than 10 minutes.

The apartment was super comfortable and the host was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend

The flat was really cozy, I do not know what should be improved because everything was really good from my point of view. If my friend make a decision to go to Skopje I'll recommend this place without any doubt. Size of the flat was enough for 2 persons and I think if we came in 3 persons it would have been also fine. The placement of the furniture and decorations was also good and convenient. The host (Mihail) replied very quickly and helped a lot with several question that we had asked. All the things from advertisement were found even coffee and sugar. So we were very pleased to stay in the flat and had really good rest and relax there.

There is a new house under construction next to the accommodation.

The building and apartment entrance is used with a password. We never met the owner. But every time we sent a message, he responded to us immediately. He was kind, polite and answered all our questions promptly and sincerely. The inside of the house is very beautiful. and we took a few photos to design our house this way in the future. :) There is a parking lot belonging to the building. If you come by car, you will definitely not have any problems. The location of the house is a 10-minute walk from places to visit, entertainment venues and dining spots. Me and my girlfriend were very pleased with everything. A place I would definitely recommend. Many thanks also to the host, Mr. Mihail.

Nice cozy apartment in a central location

The place is just perfect! A newly furnished apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, close to many cafes and restaurants as well as to the city centre. The pictures show everything like it is. Mihail answered any questions immediately. There were even Coffee, a croissant and fruits at arrival.

Nothing. (I was too hectic when using the door code for the first time, but a very friendly neighbour helped me).

Apartment was incredibly clean and well maintained, host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about local area. Very comfortable apartment with modern decor, great overall and would stay again in the future.

Great location, spacious, clean & comfortable bed. 10/10! Highly recommended! Also, access to the apartment was well explained and we had no trouble finding it. Location is basically in the center and It is very close walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants.
