Accommodation Front - Luxurious 2 Sleeper Overlooking the Beachfront

The stay was comfortable with the apartment situated in a wonderful location and a great view. The facilities in the apartment were also good, nothing to complain. The bathroom and kitchen had no exhaust which made it a little uncomfortable with cooking. Also the parking was a bit clumsy. Well the owner was very sweet and prompt in addressed all the concerns. The best part was the proximity to golden mile, resturants and ofcourse the beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

to train more of your staff how to deal with the customers, in particular understanding their needs. We are there for holidays and enjoying our vacation. Poor communication between the host makes our first day be unpleasant, waiting outside building for someone you do'nt know to hand the keys. (safety comes first). Even if you did not receive your breakable money upfront, planned B must be implemented cause sometime people are coming far away not knowing the place and can find themselves been robbed.
