MYovercharging for broken chair - i was informed that i am being charged $120 for broken chair in the apartment. however, the chair in question was of poor quality and not worth the amount being demanded, After researching market price, i found that a similar quality chair can be purchased for $30. i requested that owner provide proof of the chair's original value. the receipt showed $161 for 4 chairs & delivery fee. so owner charged me $40+ $20 delivery fee... i was speechless. i paid security deposit via e-wallet but owner keep asking bank detail for refund. that is so weird. it may a trap .......
