There is nothing to like about this property.

The customer service was awful.

We arrived to the property to the door unlocked and everything went wrong from there! Issues we found were *Signs of drug use * Blood stains in beds and on towels *Used glasses on the table *No beds made all had been slept in and bed covers were scrambled up *Sick on walls, blinds and in the beds, bath and sink *Smelt of smoke with cigarettes left around *Used takeaway wrappers everywhere *Doors hanging off hinges *Holes in doors *Human waste in the toilet No communication when tried to contact the vendor and still now no communication and a refusal to compensate for the distressing situation we were put in. The photos aren't even the half of it!

When we booked it, it stated that it sleeps 9 people. When I got there, only slept 6. Had to ask numerous times for access to the property (after checkin time had passed). The key box to get in didn't work. We got in through the back doors (because they were all broke and not 1 of them would lock) there was only 2 dining room chairs the others only had 3 legs and were dotted around the house. The kitchen stank, and there were loose floorboards everywhere. We tried contacting the owner who didn’t reply till we left the house at 2130 to check into a hotel (very coincidental as there was a camera by the front door) advised would give a refund... numerous calls to booking.com later, they advised they can't give a refund until the owner advised so (the owner never replied once) only after my husband threatened legal action did they reply

No Wifi. Most Facilities are not functioning/broken/out of order..

The location was good.

We were meant to check in at 3pm but the host wasn’t able to be contacted until 30mins after this, the property wasn’t the cleanest, there was damp, there wasn’t as many beds as advertised, the walls were cracked, one of the dinning room chairs only had three legs so was unusable, there was no curtains so loads of light came through the blinds. We were slightly disappointed, it would be a nice property if some time was taken to improve it.

The location was good for us. The rooms were good for our needs
