"Would come again"

Nice and polite hosts, great restaurant, amazing nature, comfy and clean rooms.

It was cold when we arrived (12C) and the AC couldn't be turned on without someone helping us with that. It's not made for cold days.

The country house (half of a large villa) is beautiful, clean, large, and comfortable, and the grounds vast, with a creek on one side, and farm on the other, with great views of the countryside from the upstairs windows. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults. The peace and quiet was exactly what we were looking for as a getaway from the noise and bustle of downtown Florence.

The area roads can be tricky for large rental cars - the roads are narrow and winding with some blind corners. The locals are fearless zipping around on them, but a bit scary for us visitors that are use to two-lane roads.

Spacious old house in quiet countryside

Strong bad smell in bathrooms, no screen windows, many insects , we even found one bug in the quilt , low quality shower head, no shower curtain, tattered sofa, not clean enough for our standard.
