ROThe location was ok, near to the bus stop and train station (just one station on FS train), very easy to get to the Cita Alta. The appartment was clean wirh a vintage look. Plenty of places to eat near, big grocery store is less than 10 minutes of walking.
A little bit noisy because of the water canal that runs under the windows. No microwave oven, but it has classic electric oven.

Нет горячей воды. В номере есть бойлер. К нашему приезду он был неисправен. Хозяин по смс пытался нам помочь с ним поладить, но безуспешно. По правде, я думаю, что он и не работал, потому что, как правило, хозяева заранее включают и ставят греться воду к приезду гостей. Это снизило уровень комфорта до нуля. Договорились, что съедем позже, тк тратили время на нагрев воды. Ночевали 2 ночи. Уведомии хозяина сразу. Действий по устранению проблемы не последовало. Только инструкции по смс.
