DSR Apartment Margonda Residence 5

Location was fine, where I needed to be.

Privately tenanted, so not rented out by Margonda Residence themself. The person we dealt with was very rude, unfriendly and wasted my time on multiple occasions before checking in and then requested money earlier, very suspicious behaviour. Upon checking in, they didn’t want to answer questions and said they had to leave. False advertising - parking was not 20,000IDR daily, it was over 100,000IDR as guests are not members. Swimming pool was inaccessible as the apartment is privately tenanted so the Margonda Residence did not allow access to the pool, toiletries not provided, air conditioning kept the room at same temperature as outside so no point in using it. This was very misguiding and disappointing. Would never return and hopefully my in depth review will deter others from this place!
