Absolutely everything was great. The location is awesome as there are a plethora of stores that are literally 100m around the corner. The garden is beautiful, often filling the house with the wonderful scent of it's various flowers. The rooms are quite cozy, paired with a large lounge and a rather sizable living/dining room. All this for some extraordinary prices, it would be criminal to not at least give it a gander.

Stunning garden. Close to town. Onsite parking. Better suited to a family renting tge whole house, rather than individual rooms. When speaking with the owner regarding The issues stated below, she was very prompt replying, & her husband came to the house to speak with me in person. He was very helpful & apologetic. He contacted me later to say that the room description had been corrected on this website.

The room I booked was advertised as having tv and aircon. My room only had a bed, nothing else. I contacted the owner, and she informed me that the TV that was advertised was the one in the lounge, which was communal. The only a/c was in the lounge too. There was No lock on my room door. (Very thin sliding bolt on the inside, but no way to lock it when I was not there.) I was greeted onsite by a lady who spoke only chinese. no english at all, everything needed to be translated via her phone. As there were no staff onsite, when other guests arrived, I was the only person there to explain the way the property worked, as they were uncertain of things. ( they all thought I was staff) There were several mainten ance issues that should have been addressed prior to even renting this room out.
