Towels are smelly and old, we didn't use. Security personnel are not professional, act like they are the one who paid the unit.

Our stay at this unit was beyond our expectations. The unit was clean and smells good. The instructions on how to access the unit were clear and concise.

Everything was good except the pool. Jampacked with guest/visitors of the other unit. We decided not to use the pool anymore.

Pictures posted is different shows it has view fronting taal. But it was on the opposite side.

"no wifi, ugly and expensive apartment"

Excessive price for a poor service and attention... we were never able to use the wifi, and the owner's response was that sometimes it does not work and it is not her problem, taking into account that she is advertising a service that does not comply, it is a deception. At night it was cold but there was nothing but a thin sheet. On the other hand, it is the first time that they force me to leave my personal identification documentation in a hotel as collateral. The kitchen faucet made a horrible noise that bothered the neighbors. The photos do not match the old look of the furniture.
