La gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'hôte.L'emplacement est très pratique.

Les explications pour récupérer les clés ne sont pas évidentes.On aurait apprécié d'avoir un torchon et un essuie-mains à la cuisine. Le chauffage n'aurait pas été suffisant en hiver et pas très rassurant.

"Couldn't enter the apartment. I want my money back"

I could not use the apartment. Following the instructions, I found the keys under a flower pot (not the key box announced on booking) and I opened the only door of that the key could open. The apartment was occupied by somebody else. I sent written messages, then I phoned the only number received, but nobody replied. After 40 minutes I left the occupied apartment and found a hotel room. Only afterwards, somebody called me saying that "I entered the wrong apartment": story not credible. How can the key open the door of the "wrong apartment"? Horrible experience. I want my money back
