Clean, good range of cooking and kitchen utensils, nice big swimming pools. Be aware that the pools are an extra charge, although the holiday charge literally applies only to holidays (and not weekends), so quite reasonable - host also sorted this out for us before we arrived kindly. Good location close to plenty of shops and a large supermarket. Area around is not so comfortable to walk at night but we had no problems and people were friendly. Pretty close to the airport, although travel time will depend on when you are going (11pm was half hour vs 1 hour for 8am).

Apartment could use a little maintenance e.g. floor in need of some repairs, difficulty closing cupboards. Aircon is noisy and not so strong, window blinds are not very dark but despite that we slept fine and comfortably. A drying rack would be good.

Clean and nicely decorated. Very close to mall for all shopping needs. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. About 30- 40 minutes from embassy.

This was my 2nd stay. The first was wen I first arrived in Manila. I had a very stressful time checking in but I had it also booked for my return to Manila staying one night before my flight back to UK. My return I was welcomed & given the same room again I stayed previous everything was great & the room is just perfect & great value.

My first stay which I have wrote a previous review but thought it only fair to write a update on second stay that was already booked & paid for.

The room is fantastic. Everything you need it was just perfect.

The check-in was awful. The staff didn't know what they were doing, I had a 25-hour journey due to a delayed then missed connection flight I just wanted to get checked in so i cud shower & rest but it took ages to get sorted as they didn't seem to expect me I was very tired & was feeling very stressed & anxious thank god the room made up for it. On my last day, I asked if I cud pay to visit the pool after my checkout, which they said of course, but that was hard work also they sent me up & down to different levels of hotel then I cudnt check out cos they said I was in tower 1 not 2 omg no organisation, I thought it was just me been tired first night there but check out was as bad.

The unit was amazing for us, the guy managing the unit -Lloyd - was great and let us relax on our own and didn't bother us until the last day we stayed there.
