Talbot and Bons Deluxe Studio Flat

The bed was very comfortable however I am only just over 5 foot tall. For anyone over 6 ft it would be too short. The shower was great and the air conditioning OK although the apartment was open plan so it took awhile to achieve a comfortable temperature. Good location also next to convenience store.

Although described as deluxe I’m sure it was when it was new as fixtures were high quality. However it now has signs of aging and lack of care for its upkeep. Holes in bed linen; ripped curtains; worn cushion covers ; stains in settee fabric ; outside seating area although large was surrounded by dead bushes that hadn’t been watered in a while. Once inside the property when I closed the sliding door at the entrance to the property there was no apparent way of opening it from the inside. I panicked as I thought I was locked in !!! I subsequently worked out how to get out - not obvious. Only stayed one night sadly only one spoon a teaspoon at that !

Close to airport and had off-street parking.

This was my second stay at Talbot and Bons and it was again a good choice I made. Especially the reception guy was very helpful and kind, and even made sure I have proper internet in that location, after his shift finished. Much appreciated! Location is great, walking distance to the airport. 15 minutes.

The curtains need replacing of repair, as they were torn.

Regale und Lampen staubig, Wohnzimmertisch war nicht abgewischt, keine Gläser vorhanden, Terrassenmöbel sehr verwittert, gehören dringend gereinigt. Auf der Terrasse ist der Straßenlärm relativ laut.

Very friendly & helpful contact via WhatsApp. They answered whenever there was an issue. The apartment is spacious and cozy. A parking lot was always available close by. Great value for money in February.

You hear the neighbors in the same building very well when they use the staircase - not so cool when they have to catch a very early flight in the morning... The kitchen equipment was a bit on the minimal side and the frying pan was very worn out. But I think the main target group of this place is people staying one night close to the airport. And for that, it's absolutely perfect.

No breakfast was included for me! And if it was, no one gave me the details. I would have had to walk several blocks uphill to get back to the main lodge.

The unit was not well maintained at all. The drapes were badly ripped, torn and in shreds. One valence had fallen off the rod and had blood stains. The couch was stained and dirty. The outside patio could have been lovely, not maintained, furniture was dirty and faded. The plants needed water and attention. The large windows were beautiful, but needed to be cleaned as they are covered with bird droppings.
