Appartamento in un complesso nuovo e direi piuttosto spazioso. Alta pressione della doccia.

Chiave del garage non presente, quindi IMPOSSIBILITÀ di parcheggiare al coperto come dichiarato. Difficoltà a parlare con lo staff in quanto rispondono uno o due giorni dopo. C'è la macchinetta del caffè ma assolutamente zero cialde e zero zucchero. C'è il porta Scottex ma manca lo scottex. C'è la presa antizanzare ma mancano totalmente le ricariche / le piastrine. C'è scritto di lavare i piatti ma mancano gli asciugapiatti. Aria condizionata molto fastidiosa come rumore e in camera non funzionava. Pulizia non proprio impeccabile.. Il letto matrimoniale è montato storto e si ha letto matrimoniale che il divano letto scricchiolano molto al minimo movimento. Balcone sporchissimo. WiFi da copiare quando si potrebbe semplicemente mettere un QR Code.

The described key box doesn’t exist. Airco didn’t work, no instructions either. Coffee machine as advertised but no coffee pads. Once there, no communication possible with owners. Big building site next door. Check out at 10:00 and not negotiable. At €370/ night overpriced! Also a Sofa bed was made up in the living even though I was on my own. So no usable couch.

Appartamento molto luminoso con balcone molto grande, ottimo per godere del bel tempo di questi giorni!!! Mi sono trovata benissimo :)

Very nice modern/new apartment. Comfortable, clean. Good location only 8 minutes walk from the station (remember to exit Via de Carracci) a very interesting new part of Bologna. A new Lidl is opposite! Lovely apartment.

The communication with the host is poor. Information to access the property was not correct and no assistance from the phone number provided. No explanation or apology when I messaged again the next day. Just a reminder to leave tax money and 10am check out. Not at all hospitable.

Ότι καλό και να είχε το διαμέρισμα και μόνο που υπάρχει ο φόβος να το βρείτε απροετοίμαστο λόγω έλλειψης επαγγελματισμού δεν το συστήνω.

Φτάσαμε στο διαμέρισμα στις 19.00 ενώ είχαμε ενημερώσει γραπτά και είχαμε πληρώσει και όλο το ποσό, δυστυχώς το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε καθαριστεί. Το τηλέφωνο που είχαν στείλει στην κράτηση δεν απάντησε ποτέ, μέσα στο διαμέρισμα βρήκαμε ένα άλλο νούμερο το οποίο απάντησε μετά από 40 λεπτά. Το άγχος και απογοήτευση με δύο παιδιά ήταν τεράστια. Ανεπίτρεπτο να έχεις πληρώσει 860€ για 4 βράδια και να βρίσκεις το δωμάτιο σε αυτό το χάλι. Ήταν πολύ δύσκολη η επικοινωνία με τον υπεύθυνο, μόνο με what's up γιατί δεν ήξερε αγγλικά. Μας είπε να πάμε μια βόλτα και θα έρθει το συνεργείο να καθαρίσει. Δεν έστειλε πότε να ενημερώσει ότι είναι έτοιμο το δωμάτιο, περιμέναμε μέχρι τις 22.30 και τελικά έστειλα εγώ να ρωτήσω και φυσικά μου απάντησε με καθυστέρηση ότι ήταν έτοιμο. Δεν έγινε σωστή καθαριότητα γιατί τα καλύμματα των κρεβατιών ήταν ίδια και δεν μύριζε απολυμαντικό. Είπαν ότι θα μας κάνουν έκπτωση για την ταλαιπωρία και τελικά δεν πληρώσαμε μόνο το φόρο 48€.

Ci hanno sostituito la struttura che avevamo scelto con una scusa, la nuova struttura era simile ma in un palazzo interamente dedicato ad affitti brevi Mancavano le istruzioni per accedere al l’appartamento, ho dovuto chiamare per averle, per fortuna il gestore ha risposto alla seconda chiamata .

La posizione ottima, l'arredamento, e i rivestimenti molto belli e nuovi.

Non ho avuto il piacere nè alla partenza, nè all'arrivo di conoscere il gestore. Trovo assurda la cosa. Tra l'altro il primo giorno alle 20:00 lo abbiamo contattato piu volte perchè non riuscivamo ad azionare il riscaldamento della camera da letto. Non ci era mai capitata vome cosa. Ricevere indicazioni per prendere le chiavi tramite email, e ridurci a fare il bonifico per la tassa di soggiorno visto che non avevamo il contante preciso e il gestore nemmeno alla partenza è venuto. Per il resto l'appartemento merita.
