2 BedRoom Villa Hideaways Seminyak

Good value for money. A very relaxing clean comfortable private villa in a great location. Tucked away in a quiet alley yet only a 5 minute walk to the main Seminyak shopping precinct. Plenty of great little warungs within walking distance of the villa if you don't feel like tackling the hustle and bustle on the streets. Santi the property manager is absolutely lovely, very helpful and flexible regarding housekeeping times so as not to disturb your privacy. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing to dislike.

The whole villa was gorgeous, had a great pool, beautiful plants a great fountain, lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, had a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and was extremely clean thanks to the attention of Santi the staff member who looks after the place. She is absolutely lovely. The location is great, walking distance or a short ride to cafes, restaurants shops and everything.

The electricity kept cutting off at random and there were technicians in the villa every day that I was there because they couldn't find or fix the problem. This made it difficult to relax. It's such a shame because the villa itself is amazing in every other respect.

The cleaner who let us into the property.

The condition of the property - was very dirty, run down and had a lot of mould and defects. Needs a real good makeover as it does not match the pictures on the website. Last renter's suitcases were still at the property together with underwear on a drying rack. At check in time, the cleaner was still cleaning the premises and the suitcases were finally picked up over 3 hours later and dropped off the key. They were even given glasses of water from the property before they left, even after booking in time. Glasses that we would have had to wash had we stayed there (how nice!) We asked for a refund as we did not want to stay and we were given the run around for nearly four hours with staff/ manager wanting to refund us for only one night! Asked for the manager and was told he was not at work (although he was replying to Bookimg.com and the cleaner) so asked for staff to meet us at the property. No one turned up but the cleaner stayed with us the whole time (apparently she lets people in and out). She was lovely. Staff on the other hand, were very unprofessional and were not contactable but we could get through to them through the cleaner. Staff also tried saying they were different people until the cleaner told us who they were (so silly!). Ultimately, we were asked not to give feedback if we were given a full refund. Refund did not happen straight away, even though they said they had emailed Booking.com (at times I had Booking.com on the phone listening to their calls through the cleaner's mobile). One staff member sent an email to confirm they had emailed Booking.com but they had emailed through another email they had sent asking Booking.com a question - if we give a full refund, can they place feedback (should have read the email they were sending us before sending it)! Booking.com finally sorted our refund after we had sent pics through. Beware as the pics online do not reflect the current state of the property!

Santi was great host and property is in mint condition with great location.

Great amount of space and amenities. I loved the Caretaker Santi who was always ensuring everything was tidy and maintained. To me, this is exactly the kind of villa you want to stay in when in Bali. Refrigerated water on tap, nice decorations and a Balinese charm, feel and visuals. A beautiful garden surrounds the pool area and air conditioning in the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Small things like the bed made and/or changed by Santi every day and mosquito coils put out for your convenience make you appreciate the villa so much more. These personal touches to me made me very happy and looked after. Santi would always be happy to help or assist in anything when and where possible and is definitely an additional factor in overall satisfaction on your holiday.

Everything was perfect, but had a minor issue with the pool, but Santi was right onto the problem, notifying the pool maintenance company to rectify the situation asap which was great.

Location is perfect as it’s 6 mins walking to all the shops and atmosphere yet secluded enough that you hear none of it. All the staff involved are exceptional, especially Santi. We loved it so much we extended our stay, highly recommended!
