We did not like much. The airport transfer was smooth and could not fault. Beyond that it was disappointing

The staff were inexperienced and constantly on their phones. The room was dirty and when we arrived our room had dirty food skewers and earbuds on the floor. It was quite dirty. The overall facilities were really dirty and in poor condition. On checkout were told we would have to wait 10-15 minutes so they could check the room and that nothing was missing which felt somewhat disconcerting. We found that this hotel caters to a specific market and doesn’t really value customer service

Понравился огромный бассейн, белоснежный чистый пляж с голубой водой. Медленная река. Большой номер с видом на море.

Вечером куча вьетнамцев, которые были везде!

Thoải mái, không ai để ý tới bạn.

Khó tìm chỗ ăn trưa. Ăn ở nhà hàng thì lên món rất lâu.

Отдыхали семьей в начале июня. Отель отличный. Современный. Все чисто и ухоженно. В номере есть все необходимое. Бассейны огромные с разной глубиной на любой вкус. Персонал добрый, отзывчивый и улыбчивый. Сотрудники отеля владеют Английским языком. В отеле есть бесплатный автобус до Нячанга, где можно было погулять, закупиться и вернутся обратно в отель. Завтраки достойные. Особо хотелось бы отметить сотрудницу duty manager NHAT VI. По любому возникающему вопросу можно было к ней обратиться и решалось все быстро и оперативно. Спасибо ей! P.S. Отель идеально подходит для путешествий вне пакетных туров

Generally a very dissapointing experience for a resort claiming to be 5 star. Starting with bad reception service. Rude, impatient and quite useless. They have failed to comply with any request of mine, long wait time. Spacious room, but obviously cheap furnitures NOISY. OMG so much noise, people turn on loud music at night until 12, for 2 nights. If you are looking for a quite and peacful retreat, this is NOT the place to go.
