"I realize that the house is older. It is in a good location. The Pool is continuously full of stuff from the trees so"

The location was good! All items were available in the Kitchen. There was a small Pool.

The Pool water was too warm. The Showers had less than optimal water pressure. Toilets upstairs were way too low.
