The Old Post Office Studio Apartment in a Beautiful Cotswold Village

We stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect! We found the welcome pack extremely thorough and we found the property easily when following the instructions provided! On arrival the room was clean and tidy and there was some bread, biscuits, tea, coffee, milk ect which was a nice touch. The room was a bit chilly as to be expected when we arrived, but the radiators soon warmed the room up! Although no signal in the village (which we were already aware of) the WiFi was great and we had no issues. There were plenty of towels and toiletries, and a hairdryer which is useful. There was parking around the back of the property which again was easy to find and a 2 min walk back to the front of the property. The village is very picturesque, gorgeous to walk around and the dog enjoyed exploring somewhere different! We enjoyed how dark and quiet it was at night, and we felt very safe when walking the dog later in the evenings. During our weekend I think we only saw about 3 people so it’s lovely and remote / quiet. We used the property as a base and went out exploring the Cotswolds during the day and early evening so it was the perfect location to access various other places! We would definitely book again!

We really struggled to find any faults, however we didn’t find the bed very comfortable however this is personal preference and it would be impossible to find a mattress everyone likes so this wasn’t a major issue for us! The only other thing I noticed was the bathroom could do with a bit of a paint - again a very minor thing.

Excellent studio apartment in the heart of the Cotswolds. Beautiful scenery and great value for money. The message from the host when we booked asnwwred all of our questions and made our stay absolutely worry-free. 10/10

Very secluded in the charming Cotswold. A true little self-contained cottage that is right in the middle of every attraction. The owner was very attentive with supplying breakfast like bread, jam, cereal mix and milk

The location was convenient for other areas we wanted to visit, the host was kind and welcoming and explained everything in a welcome pack/message, and had great recommendations. The accomodation was exactly like the pictures and very cosy.

A very quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay. Very comfortable bed. The owner is friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful little village

It was tiny, claustrophobic and in the middle of nowhere. No shop no pub no school- no radio not even a television! We left a day early because we couldn’t stand it any longer . If you want to go out at all you need a car so no cosy evenings in the pub. This “village “ is a collection of houses and nothing else at all. We considered the “studio “ to actually be a Bedsit. Hugely disappointing.
